Measurements for Torsion axles are made to outside of frame.  For a McClain Aluminum Trailer add 2" to the frame width measurement to determine proper axle length.

NOTE:

On 3500# 78" Torsion Axles add 13.25" to Axle length to get the Hub face to Hub face measurement.  (Example 78" + 13 .25" = 91.25")

On 3500# 80" Torsion Axles add 13.25" to Axle length to get the Hub face to Hub face measurement.  (Example 80" + 13.25" = 93.25")

On 3500# 82" Torsion Axles add 14" to Axle length to get the Hub face to Hub face measurement.  (Example 82" + 14" = 96")

On 6000# Torsion Axles add 16.5" to Axle length to get the Hub Face to Hub Face measurement.  (Example 76" + 16.5" = 92.5
